During this period, the site makes its turnover for the month of January every day. Performance must be maintained more than ever to ensure that Internet users validate their shopping cart instead of abandoning it because the site is too slow.
The stores are also equipped with terminals and smartphones for product demonstrations and sales support, to facilitate the ordering of items that are not stocked in store.

King Jouet was already aware of the importance of web performance and had started optimization work in 2018, gaining between 1 and 1.5 seconds on loading times. Thanks to these efforts, digital recorded 25% growth in one year .
