Fasterize improves its incident management policy

As part of our ongoing commitment to customer transparency, we’ve just enhanced our alert system with a full status page.

From now on, in the event of an incident, our customers can be alerted in real time and find the follow-up on the status page but also by following the twitter account (@FasterizeStatus).

You can also subscribe to notifications by e-mail, twitter or RSS.

In the event of a major incident, we will of course continue to publish RFOs (Reason For Outage = Post Mortem) describing the entire process before, during and after the incident.

And finally, in the near future, we will also publish on this status page the metrics and availability rates of our infrastructures.
